Fat Blasting Boot Camp  These 10-Day Fitness Challenges are designed for ultimate weight loss.  Within these 10 days you will participate in 10 different workouts with a trainer, receive a food/workout log, dietary restrictions, and an invitation to participate in our finale celebration!  See the Service Desk to sign-up for the next camp.

Suspension Training  Try Courtsports' newest workout and join a Suspension Training Group today!  Training Groups are offered Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30am, Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30pm, and Saturdays at 9:30am.

Suspension Training is an approach to fitness that uses a system of straps to allow the user to work against their own body weight.  Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously and is an excellent core workout.
