Welcome to Group Fitness at Courtsports!
Our Group Fitness program
is designed to train both your body and your mind. All group classes
are included in the cost of membership at Courtsports, so you never
pay additional fees for any of them. We offer classes ranging from
Yoga classes to Kickboxing and Lifting classes.
Class Schedule
We offer over 50 classes a week at our Clubs,
ranging from Pilates and Yoga to Cardio Kickboxing and Lift. There
are also martial arts classes and classes designed to meet the needs of
older adults.
