Water Aerobics Classes
Courtsports offers twelve water classes per week.  Our program has been carefully designed to promote total body fitness in a low impact, but challenging environment.  Most classes consist of a warm-up, cardiovascular session, cool-down, an abdominal workout, and stretches.

Aqua-Fit Classes
During Aqua-Fit classes the Main Pool is reserved for class participants only. Our classes have been carefully designes to promote total body fitness in a low impact, but challenging environment. Most class time is spent in the deep water using Aquajogger flotation belts. All classes are easily adapted to suit all fitness levels. Please tell the instructor if you would like pointers on how to adapt movements to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout.

Aqua-Fit XP
This class is a 45 minute concentrated cardiovascular workout in deep water.

Class Schedule: Eugene; Springfield

Family Swim
Family Swim is a fun, participatory activity for the whole family.  Parents are responsible for their children and must be actively supervising them.   Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times, even in the locker rooms.
At certain times of the day Family Swim shows the pool with swimming lessons at the same time.  Please be respectful of teachers and class participants by giving them space to work.

KidSwim
KidSwim is a time when parents may leave their children under the supervision of a trained lifeguard.  To participate, children must be at least 6 years old, 40 inches tall, and able to swim the width of the main pool unassisted.  Each child under the age of 14 must be checked in with the Lifeguard before participation and checked out when picked up.  During the parent's absence, children must remain in the pool area.
