Aqua Fit Classes
Our classes have been carefully designed to promote total body fitness in a low impact, but challenging environment. Most class time is spent in the deep water using Aqua Jogger flotation belts. All classes are easily adapted to suit all fitness levels. Please tell the instructor if you would like pointers on how to adapt movements to increase or decrease the intensity of your workout.
